Shipping Policy
Shipping Options for Trinidad & Tobago:
Currently we use TTPost Track Pack for deliveries with an estimated delivery time ranging from two to five working days.
Free shipping on all orders over $1000.00
$30 for packages weighing up to 5kg
Special courier service available for next day delivery. Charges vary depending on location.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process orders for shipping.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will start processing on the following business day.

Return & Exchange Policy
IN-STORE purchases: exchange within 7 days of purchase.
DELIVERED purchases: exchange within 14 days of purchase.
All purchases accepted for exchange must satisfy the following guidelines:

The product is returned with the original tags in place.

The product must be unused/unworn; no visible signs of wear and tear

The receipt must be provided.
Once the above guidelines have been met, an item exchange will be agreed upon or a credit note will be issued. Credit notes are valid for 30 days.
If you cannot make the exchange deadlines, please contact us by phone to make alternative arrangements.
Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
